Article 1 \u2013 Purpose<\/h3>\n

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Ch\u00e2teau Grand Mayne and any individual (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cClient\u201d) wishing to book a wine tourism experience offered on the website www.chateau-grand-mayne.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Article 2 \u2013 Services Offered<\/h3>\n

Ch\u00e2teau Grand Mayne offers guided tours and wine tastings as part of its wine tourism activities. Details of the services (duration, content, price, schedule) are provided on the booking pages.<\/p>\n

Article 3 \u2013 Access Requirements<\/h3>\n

Visits are strictly reserved for individuals aged 18 and over<\/strong>. Proof of age may be requested on site. Entry will be denied to minors, and no refund will be issued in such cases.<\/p>\n

Article 4 \u2013 Booking and Payment<\/h3>\n

Bookings are made exclusively online through our website. Payments are processed securely via our provider Stripe<\/strong>. A confirmation email will be sent once the payment is successfully completed.<\/p>\n

Article 5 \u2013 Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/h3>\n

The Client may cancel their booking up to 48 hours<\/strong> before the scheduled visit. In this case, 95% of the total amount<\/strong> will be refunded; the remaining 5% covers processing fees.<\/p>\n

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the visit, except in cases of force majeure with valid proof.<\/p>\n

Article 6 \u2013 Changes or Cancellations by Ch\u00e2teau Grand Mayne<\/h3>\n

Ch\u00e2teau Grand Mayne reserves the right to cancel or modify a visit in exceptional circumstances (weather conditions, force majeure, staff unavailability, etc.). In such cases, the Client will be informed as soon as possible and may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.<\/p>\n

Article 7 \u2013 Liability<\/h3>\n

Ch\u00e2teau Grand Mayne accepts no liability for any non-compliance with safety instructions or inappropriate behavior during the visit. The estate reserves the right to exclude any person who fails to comply with the rules, without refund.<\/p>\n

Article 8 \u2013 Personal Data<\/h3>\n

Data collected during the booking process is used solely for managing reservations. In accordance with applicable regulations, the Client has the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data.<\/p>\n

Article 9 \u2013 Governing Law and Disputes<\/h3>\n

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of the Ch\u00e2teau Grand Mayne\u2019s registered office.<\/p>\n
