Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Château Grand Mayne and any individual (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) wishing to book a wine tourism experience offered on the website www.chateau-grand-mayne.com.

Article 2 – Services Offered

Château Grand Mayne offers guided tours and wine tastings as part of its wine tourism activities. Details of the services (duration, content, price, schedule) are provided on the booking pages.

Article 3 – Access Requirements

Visits are strictly reserved for individuals aged 18 and over. Proof of age may be requested on site. Entry will be denied to minors, and no refund will be issued in such cases.

Article 4 – Booking and Payment

Bookings are made exclusively online through our website. Payments are processed securely via our provider Stripe. A confirmation email will be sent once the payment is successfully completed.

Article 5 – Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Client may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled visit. In this case, 95% of the total amount will be refunded; the remaining 5% covers processing fees.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the visit, except in cases of force majeure with valid proof.

Article 6 – Changes or Cancellations by Château Grand Mayne

Château Grand Mayne reserves the right to cancel or modify a visit in exceptional circumstances (weather conditions, force majeure, staff unavailability, etc.). In such cases, the Client will be informed as soon as possible and may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Article 7 – Liability

Château Grand Mayne accepts no liability for any non-compliance with safety instructions or inappropriate behavior during the visit. The estate reserves the right to exclude any person who fails to comply with the rules, without refund.

Article 8 – Personal Data

Data collected during the booking process is used solely for managing reservations. In accordance with applicable regulations, the Client has the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data.

Article 9 – Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of the Château Grand Mayne’s registered office.
